Judge - The Lion’s Cup - Annual National Mooting Competition

I was invited to judge the Annual Lions Cup National Summer Undergraduate Mooting Competition at my alma mater, Osgoode Hall Law School. The competition was held on June 23, 2018. The case to be mooted was R. v. Jones, 2017 SCC 60.

R v Jones is an early leading Supreme Court of Canada decision on the freedom of religion under section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the right to security of person under section 7.
